Our process
A project you can follow, step by step
Interiors go wrong when nobody knows what happens next. Every YAD Interiors project — a single kitchen or a full turnkey home — runs through the same eight documented stages, each with a clear output before the next begins.
Consultation
We start by understanding how you live or work, your priorities, and your budget — either at our studio or over a call.
Site visit & measurement
Our team visits your space to take accurate measurements and assess site conditions before anything is designed.
Concept & design
We translate your brief into layouts, 3D visuals and material options so you can see the space before it is built.
Material selection
Together we choose finishes, laminates, hardware and countertops — balancing looks, durability and budget.
Quotation & approval
You receive a clear, item-wise quotation. Work begins only once the scope and costs are approved.
Manufacturing & execution
Modular elements are made to measured drawings in our workshop while site work proceeds in parallel.
Installation & quality check
Finished elements are installed and inspected against our checklist for fit, finish and function.
Handover
We do a final walkthrough with you, resolve any snags, and hand over a space that is ready to use.
What you receive
Documents at every stage
Each stage closes with something in your hands — measured drawings after the site visit, 2D/3D design presentations after the concept stage, an item-wise quotation before approval, and a handover file with care instructions at completion. You approve in writing before we move forward, so the project never runs ahead of you.
