We started as carpenters. We never stopped being carpenters.

What we are

YAD Interior & Civil Work is a Faridabad firm of about fifty people: designers, site supervisors, carpenters, polishers, masons, electricians and plumbers on our own rolls rather than hired by the day.

We do three things. We design interiors. We manufacture the furniture for them in our own workshop. And we do the civil work — walls, plaster, plumbing, waterproofing — that most interior companies sub-contract and then cannot schedule.

Why the workshop matters to you

When an interior company outsources manufacturing, your wardrobe is one line in a factory queue and a 4 mm error becomes a two-week problem. Ours is a twenty-minute drive from most of our sites, so a correction is a half-day job.

It also removes a margin. There is no factory profit stacked on top of ours, which is most of the gap clients notice when they compare our quote against a national brand.

The honest trade-off: we can only run a certain number of projects at once. When the workshop is full we tell you the real start date instead of taking the booking anyway.

How we quote

Line by line, with brand and grade named. 710 BWP ply, Hettich channels, Asian Paints premium emulsion — written down so you can put our quote beside anyone else's and compare rows rather than totals.

What we will tell you not to do

We will talk you out of spending money where it does not show: expensive shutters inside a utility area, a false ceiling in a room with 9-foot height, imported hardware on a guest wardrobe opened twice a year. Spending your budget where it lasts is the whole job.
