Most interior companies are design and sales offices that place your order with a factory. We cut, press, edge-band and polish your furniture ourselves, twenty minutes from most of our sites.

We manufacture in-house

Panel saw, edge-banding machine and a spray polish booth in our own Faridabad workshop. We cut to the measurement taken after plaster, so a 15 mm correction is a half-day job instead of a two-week vendor problem. You are welcome to visit before you sign anything.

A drawing before a rupee moves

Every room gets a scaled shop drawing with dimensions, materials and hardware named. Nothing is manufactured until you have signed that sheet.

Civil and interiors, one contract

Walls, plumbing, waterproofing and carpentry under one project manager. No arguments between two contractors while your flat sits idle.

Payments tied to stages

You pay when a stage starts, not on a calendar date. Five per cent is held back for thirty days after handover for snag fixing.

How a project runs

Seven stages, each with something you sign

Day 1 to 3

Site visit and measurement

We measure the flat ourselves after plaster, photograph every wall, and check what is load-bearing before promising anything.

Week 1 to 2

Layout and material selection

Scaled plans, a material board with brands named, and a written quote broken into line items you can compare with any other vendor.

Week 2

Drawing approval and booking

You sign the shop drawings. Ten per cent booking. The workshop slot is blocked in your name.

Week 3 to 4

Civil, plumbing and waterproofing

Demolition, wall building, concealed lines pressure-tested, waterproofing applied and flood-tested for 24 hours.

Week 5 to 9

Electrical, ceiling and manufacturing

Conduiting and ceiling on site while your carpentry is manufactured in our workshop. This overlap is where in-house making saves real weeks.

Week 10 to 11

Installation and finishing

Kitchen, wardrobes, panelling, painting and light fitting. Site cleaned every evening.

Week 12

Snag list and handover

We walk the flat with you, write a snag list, fix it, and hold five per cent for thirty days after you move in.

For a 2BHK of about 1,000 sq ft, a practical range is Rs 6 to 9 lakh for an Essential fit-out and Rs 10 to 16 lakh for Signature. A 3BHK usually runs Rs 9 to 14 lakh at Essential and Rs 15 to 24 lakh at Signature. The number moves with carpentry quantity more than with anything else. Yes. We run our own carpentry workshop in Faridabad with a panel saw, edge-banding machine and a spray polish booth. Most interior companies place your order with a third-party factory. Because we make it, we can cut to your exact site dimension, control the finish, and fix a problem without going through a vendor. You are welcome to visit the workshop before you sign.

A modular kitchen is usually 18 to 25 working days from final drawing approval. Two wardrobes take about 20 days. A 2BHK turnkey fit-out runs 45 to 60 working days, a 3BHK 60 to 90. Civil work adds time because concrete and waterproofing need curing days that cannot be compressed. You get a dated schedule before work starts.

Payments are linked to stages, not to calendar dates: 10 per cent on design approval, 40 per cent when material is procured, 30 per cent at installation stage, 15 per cent on handover, and 5 per cent held back for 30 days after handover for snag fixing. You never pay for a stage that has not started.

Carcass in 710-grade BWP plywood (Century, Greenply or equivalent), shutters in laminate, acrylic or PU. Hardware from Hettich, Ebco or Hafele. Paint from Asian Paints or Berger. Plumbing hardware from Jaquar, Kohler or the brand you prefer. Every quote carries a material specification sheet naming brand and grade, so you can compare it line by line with any other quote.

Yes. We regularly work across Delhi NCR — Gurugram, Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad. Sites more than about 60 km from our workshop carry a small transport and logistics charge, which is shown separately in the quote rather than hidden in the rate.
