Estimates on this site are not quotes
Rates, package prices and anything produced by the cost calculator are indicative ranges for planning. A binding price comes only from a written quote issued after we have measured the site.
Images and drawings
Photographs, drawings and text on this site belong to YAD Interior & Civil Work. Please do not reuse them without asking. Some project photographs are shown with the client's permission and cannot be reproduced at all.
Quotes and validity
Written quotes are valid for thirty days. Material rates in India move, and we would rather re-quote honestly than hold a stale price and cut a corner later.
Payments and cancellation
Payment stages, cancellation terms and the refund position on a booking amount are set out in the contract you sign. Nothing on this website changes those terms.
Warranty
Warranty periods stated on this site are our standard terms. The warranty that applies to your project is the one printed in your contract. Warranty does not cover damage from water ingress caused by others, misuse, or alterations made by another contractor.
Third-party links
Where we link to a manufacturer or supplier, we are not responsible for their content or their products beyond the warranty we give you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Faridabad, Haryana.
